Larson to ABWD-1, Inc., continuing to provide services to the County using the company name Mother Lode Van & Storage, Inc.; and 3) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute any necessary amendments to Agreement for Services 8415, excluding term extensions and increases to the total compensation amount, contingent upon approval by County Counsel and Human Resources. FUNDING: General and Non-General Funds.
