Sheriff’s Office recommending the Board: 1) Approve and authorize the continuation of perpetual Software as a Service Agreement 8071 with Perimeter, Inc., for the use of evacuation zone mapping and training and live incident coordination software; 2) Approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute a Contract Change Order for Agreement 8071 with Perimeter, Inc. in the amount of $50,000 for a term of October 24, 2025, to October 23, 2026; and 3) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to increase the Agreement 8071 on an “as-needed” basis during the Agreement term as long as funding is available within the requesting department’s budget. FUNDING: Homeland Security Grant 2024.
