Use of a Cooperative Contract for Oracle Licensing and Support for the Department of Innovation and Technology (Citywide) Oracle database services support the City’s utility billing (CIS) and enterprise job scheduling systems. The enterprise job scheduling systems provide automated batch processing for Financial/HRM, CIS, and Court applications. Additional licenses are needed to expand the environment from two to three servers. This additional licensing will provide the capacity to host additional services. The Department of Innovation and Technology and Procurement Services recommend authorizing the purchase using the Maricopa County Contract with Mythics LLC at $231,000.
