FOUR NONEXCLUSIVE EASEMENTS TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN DRAINAGE FACILITIES ALONG ESTRELLA PARKWAY RECOMMENDATION: Approve the acceptance of the dedication of four “Nonexclusive Easements to Construct and Maintain Drainage Facilities” along Estrella Parkway from LaSalle 115 Holdings, LLC-Series MPK Enterprises, an Illinois limited liability company required for the upcoming Estrella Parkway project. PURPOSE: The dedication of the Easements is needed for the construction of Estrella Parkway from Lower Buckeye Road to the Bullard Avenue/Elwood Road Alignment. The City is widening the eastern portion of this segment of Estrella Parkway per the terms of the “Settlement Agreement and Release” entered into with M&I Regional Properties, LLC, dated May 11, 2011. LaSalle 115 Holdings, LLC-Series MPK Enterprises is dedicating the Easements to the City at no cost. (Linda R. Beals, Real Estate Coordinator)
