ACCEPTANCE OF TWO NONEXCLUSIVE EASEMENTS TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN DRAINAGE FACILITIES ALONG BULLARD ROAD RECOMMENDATION: Approve the acceptance of the dedication of two Nonexclusive Easements to Construct and Maintain Drainage Facilities along Bullard Road from M&I Regional Properties, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company required for the upcoming Bullard Road project. PURPOSE: The dedication of the Easements is needed for the upcoming construction of Bullard Road from Lower Buckeye Road to Estrella Parkway. The City is required to construct this segment of Bullard Road per the terms of the “Settlement Agreement and Release” entered into with M&I Regional Properties, LLC, dated May 11, 2011.
