ACCEPTANCE OF EXCLUSIVE WATER LINE EASEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE COTTON LANE TO SITE 13 WATER BOOSTER PUMP STATION FACILITY WATER TRANSMISSION LINE RECOMMENDATION: Approve the acceptance of the dedication of Exclusive Water Line Easements “Easements” from NNP III, Estrella Mountain Ranch, LLC, a Delaware corporation and NNP III-EMR 4, LLC, a Delaware corporation for placement of a Water Line from Cotton Lane to Site 13 Booster Pump Station. PURPOSE: The dedication of the Easements is needed as part of the Cotton Lane to Site 13 Water Booster Pump Station, Water Line System Improvements as approved under the Northern Solution Water Facilities Agreement approved in February, 2012 “Northern Solution Agreement”.
