RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION 13-1549 AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE AND RELINQUISHMENT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF THE ESTRELLA PARKWAY, BEGINNING AT WILLIS ROAD AND HEADING NORTH ALONG THE PARKWAY FOR APPROXIMATELY 1.3 MILES AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF A REPLACEMENT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT AND A NEW WATER LINE EASEMENT PURPOSE: NNP III, Estrella Mountain Ranch, LLC "NNP III" has submitted a request to dedicate a water line easement along the east side of the Estrella Parkway per the terms of the Northern Solution Agreement. The new 16-inch water line location requires the relocation of portions of the existing Public Utility Easement.
