Consideration of comments on two amendments to the PlanCheyenne Future Land Use Map: 1) Hitching Post District from Agriculture/Rural, Mixed-use Employment, and Open Space and Parks to Community Business for approximately 652.67 acres (southeast of Otto Rd, south of Interstate 80, and west of Interstate 25); and 2) Orchard Hills from Mixed-use Residential to Mixed-use Employment for approximately 162.42 acres (west of S Greeley Hwy, south of W College Dr, and southwest of and adjacent to the intersection of Apple St and York Ave).
