Consideration of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the WY Livestock Board (funding agency) and Laramie County, WY, to enhance livestock law enforcement in the county. The funding agency will pay an amount not to exceed $30,000 for services described in Section 8. The MOU term is from the effective date through Jun 30, 2028, and no payment will be made for services performed prior to the effective date.
