Consideration of comments on two amendments to the PlanCheyenne Future Land Use Map: 1) Stansberry Farms from Mixed-use Residential to Mixed-use Employment for approximately 90 acres (south of I-80, east of Southwest Dr) 2) Cox Ranch annexation adding land to the urban service boundary, designating that land as Mixed-use Employment and changing land adjacent to that addition from Urban Transition Residential to Mixed-use Employment (only the area proposed to be annexed north and adjacent Happy Jack Rd, west of Roundtop).
