Consideration of an addendum to a three-year select service agreement between Laramie County, WY, and TRANE US, Inc, to provide HVAC maintenance and repair for Laramie County Senior Services at 4100 E Pershing Blvd. The county shall pay annually: year one $27,537, year two $28,363 and year three $29,213 for services detailed in attachment A.
