Consideration of a resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application to the Cheyenne Community Public Recreation District to request funding for a playground and concrete picnic tables to be located at the Orchard Valley Recreation Area (211 South First Ave) in the amount of $50,000. Matching funds in the amount of $5,000 will come from the Laramie County Recreation Planning and Advisory Board.
