Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to the Rails for Trails Conservancy for a 2024 Trail Grant on behalf of the Laramie County Recreation Planning and Advisory Board in the amount of $25,000 to request funds to build a formal pathway from the south end of Clear Creek Park, over the creek to the beginning of the trail.
