Consideration of a resolution designating Laramie County, WY, financial institutions as depositories and authorizing the placement of investments. It is further resolved that Tammy Deisch, Laramie County Treasurer, shall have the authority to place investments on behalf of Laramie County, WY, after review by the County Attorney.
