1. Emergency agenda item: Execution of agreement with Tyler Technologies<br><br>Justification: Urgent circumstances related to the protection of city data require that the attached agreement be executed without any further delay. The action cannot safely be postponed without unreasonably endangering city data.
2. Ordinance 321: To consider for adoption on first reading an Ordinance of the City which authorizes (i) the design, acquisition, construction and equipping of a Sanitation Department Garage (the “Project”), (ii) the leasing of certain real property situate in Elkins Corporation District, Randolph County, on the east side of Baxter Street between Eleventh Street and Chestnut Street in the City of Elkins and all project improvements and appurtenances thereto by the City from the Elkins Municipal Building Commission, and (iii) the issuance by the Elkins Municipal Building Commission of its Lease Revenue Bonds in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 for the purpose of financing the Project and matters relating thereto (first of two readings)
