  1. Resolution 1731: Authorizing Conditions of Lease & Addendum and Maintenance Agreement between Hart Office Solutions and the City of Elkins (Executive Secretary)

Resolution 1730: SUPPLEMENTAL RESOLUTION APPROVING TERMS OF THE LEASE REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2024 (SANITATION DEPARTMENT GARAGE), OF THE ELKINS MUNICIPAL BUILDING COMMISSION (THE “ISSUER”); APPROVING THE SALE AND DELIVERY OF SUCH BONDS BY ISSUER TO OHIO VALLEY BANK; APPROVING THE FORMS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN AGREEMENT AND LEASE AND OTHER DOCUMENTS AND APPROVING OTHER MATTERS WITH RESPECT TO SUCH BONDS.
  3. To conduct a public hearing regarding the proposed adoption on second and final reading of an Ordinance of the City which authorizes (i) the design, acquisition, construction and equipping of a Sanitation Department Garage (the “Project”), (ii) the leasing of certain real property situate in Elkins Corporation District, Randolph County, on the east side of Baxter Street between Eleventh Street and Chestnut Street in the City of Elkins and all project improvements and appurtenances thereto by the City from the Elkins Municipal Building Commission, and (iii) the issuance by the Elkins Municipal Building Commission of its Lease Revenue Bonds in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 for the purpose of financing the Project and matters relating thereto.
  4.
