The Committee may reconvene in open session after completion of the closed session to consider the balance of the agenda.

9. 9 For agenda item #3, the Committee of the Whole may convene in closed session pursuant the provisions of Section 19.85(1)(c) of the State Statutes for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data and to take such further action as may be necessary and appropriate after reviewing the data considered in closed session. This Committee may reconvene in open session after completion of the closed session to consider the balance of the agenda.

11. 11 For agenda item #4, the Committee of the Whole may convene in closed session pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stat. Section 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The Committee may reconvene in open session after completion of the closed session to consider the balance of the agenda.
