11. 11 Consultation - Elkhart Drive (Pvt), Horizon Development Group. - A request to discuss potential plans for a proposed multi-family residential development on 6.7 acres of vacant land at the current terminus of Elkhart Drive (Pvt) located south of Les Paul Parkway and STH 59.
