3. Ordinance Amendment - To approve the ordinance amendments in Chapter 9, Section 9.05(h)26, creating "No Parking Between Signs" as requested by the Stevens Point Housing Authority.
4. To award the Business 51 - North Segment Project #26-105 to Chippewa Concrete Services out of Chippewa Falls for an amount not to exceed $17,442,621.34.
