2. Approve/Deny: Award annual bid for mowing of overgrown properties and removal of outdoor junk to Prestige Landscaping (lone bid).
3. Approve/Deny: Award bid for reconstruction of Viking Drive/E. Main Street intersection and extension of S. Viking Drive.
