1. Consideration and negotiation strategies of offers for the purchase of an existing City-owned hangar. Possible action on offers. Per section 19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin statutes, the Common Council will consider entering closed session for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the selling of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
