- Discussion and Potential Action Regarding Potential Development Agreement with CAPT J LLC to Sell an Approximate .5 Acre Lot for the Purpose of Commercial Development in the New Lands' End Development and Discussion Regarding the Potential for Purchasing a Public Property in the Downtown Area and Northeast Side of the City. Per section 19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin statutes, the Common Council will consider entering closed session for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
