Subject: Requesting approval to prepare an application to the Federal Railroad Administration’s (FRA) Corridor Identification and Development Program. Recommendation: That the Commission receive and file the presentation introducing the FRA Corridor ID program and approve preparation of a MARK Rail application to enter the program. Fiscal Note: Application development and submission supported by existing planning funds. Potential future grant funding subject to FRA award decisions.
