Staff Recommendation: That the CDBG Advisory Board recommends approval of the REEP home energy efficiency repair loan for the owner of 1227 Walton Ave, as presented. Fiscal Note: There are sufficient REEP and REEP Piggyback funds available in EECBG LOANS, ACCOUNT #28220310 and EECBG PIGGYBACK, ACCOUNT #28320412 for this project. Loan payments are paid back into the fund and are considered program income.
