Recommendation of the Finance and Personnel Committee on 11-25-2024: That the Restricted Duty Policy be approved as presented, to take effect upon approval of the Common Council, and that this policy be incorporated into the next update to the City of Racine Employee Handbook. Fiscal Note: There is no fiscal impact to the City.
