Recommendation of the CDBG Advisory Board on 09-29-25: To approve of the proposed reallocation of $400,000 from CDBG ALF accounts to support the Clean Sweep initiative, as presented. Fiscal Note: Funding will be sourced entirely through the reallocation of existing CDBG Available Loan Funds. No impact on general CDBG funds is anticipated.
