Transit Commission Recommendation: That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to sign the 2026-27 contract for RYDE Racine transit service in the Village of Caledonia and Village of Mount Pleasant. Fiscal Note: Contracts will provide revenue of $650,000 in 2026 and $703,750 in 2027.
