Recommendation of the Finance and Personnel Committee on 09-08-2025: To approve a resolution authorizing the issuance and establishing the parameters for the sale of up to $18,835,000 of 2025 general obligation promissory notes dated October 22, 2025 to be used for the paying the cost of various capital improvement and acquisition projects and vehicles and equipment as set forth in the 2025 capital improvement plan. Fiscal Note: Long term capital projects of $14,719,596 and equipment of $4,112,135 have been approved and budgeted in 2025 through this borrowing. Payments due in the years 2026 through 2039.
