Staff Recommendation to the Public Works and Service Committee on 9-9-2025: That the City of Racine authorizes the use of Parcel 8 (Solbraa Park, 3825-16th Street) for the Lathrop Avenue Road Improvement Project, granting required easements and rights, and directs certified copies to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
