Recommendation of the Finance and Personnel Committee on 10-07-2024: That the Mayor and City Clerk approve the request for free parking in the downtown Racine area on the following dates: November 29, 2024, November 30, 2024, December 7, 2024, December 14, 2024, and December 21, 2024. Fiscal Note: There will be a loss of parking revenue in the amount of $4,500.
