Subject: Communication sponsored by Alder Horton, on behalf of the Public Health Department, requesting permission to enter into a Contract Agreement with the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services for the Wisconsin Tuberculosis (TB) Dispensary program. Recommendation of the Finance and Personnel Committee on 08-26-2024: That the Public Health Department be authorized to enter into a Contract Agreement with the DHS-DPH for the Wisconsin TB Dispensary program. Fiscal Note: The City will get reimbursed at the Medicare reimbursement rate if services are provided.
