Staff Recommendation: That the CDBG Advisory Board receive and file updated HOME-ARP Allocation Plan. Fiscal Note: There is no negative fiscal impact on the City’s HUD funding. The CDBG Advisory board will oversee the HOME-ARP grant of $2,083,327.00 in which funds must be fully expended by December 31, 2029.
