Staff Recommendation: That permission be granted to the 5Kevents.org, LLC to use certain City streets for a period time of 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 20, 2026, per the attached stipulations. Fiscal Note: There will be nominal costs to various City Departments, on a regular basis, to assist in implementing this event.
