Subject: Communication sponsored by Alder Jones on behalf of 5Kevents.org, LLC and the Racine Family YMCA, requesting to use the City right-of-way on Saturday, June 15, 2024, for the 46th Annual Lighthouse Run. Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 05-28-24: That permission be granted to the 5Kevents.org, LLC., and the Racine Family YMCA to use certain City streets for a period time of 6:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 15, 2024, per the attached stipulations. Fiscal Note: There will be nominal costs to various City Departments, on a regular basis, to assist in implementing this event.
