Also, that those who purchased a 2025 No Mow May yard sign be refunded the $25 sign fee and the remaining signs be distributed while supplies last through the Department of Customer Service free of charge. Recommendation of Mayor Mason: To Approve Fiscal Note: Signs cost $11 each.
