Subject:Communication sponsored by Alderman Weidner for referral to the Committee of the Whole for the City of Racine Management Information System department to record all public meetings of the Community Development Authority and the Planning Heritage and Design Commission, and to upload those recordings into Legistar for public access, all Community Development Authority and the Planning Heritage and Design commission meetings beginning no later than June 1, 2026. The Community Development Authority and the Planning Heritage and Design Commission make decisions and recommendations with significant consequences for residents, neighborhoods, development, and the expenditures of public funds. Those deliberations should be recorded and publicly accessible in the same manner as common council proceedings.
