Recommendation of the Finance and Personnel Committee on 05-13-2024: That the resolution authorizing 2023 to 2024 budget carryovers be approved. Fiscal Note: These are budget carryovers for commitments that were existing, encumbered and funded in prior years as well as projects that have spending periods over one year in length.
