Recommendation of the Finance and Personnel Committee on 04-07-2025: That the resolution authorizing 2024 to 2025 budget carryovers be approved. Fiscal Note: These are budget carryovers for commitments that were existing, encumbered and funded in prior years as well as projects that have spending periods over one year in length. There is existing funding in place for this action.
