Subject: Communication sponsored by Alder Perez, on behalf of 5Kevents.org, LLC, requesting to use the City right-of-way on Saturday, June 14, 2025, for the 46th Annual Lighthouse Run. Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 04.08.25: That permission be granted to the 5Kevents.org, LLC to use certain City streets for a period time of 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 14, 2025, per the attached stipulations. Fiscal Note: There will be nominal costs to various City Departments, on a regular basis, to assist in implementing this event.
