Subject: Communication sponsored by Mayor Cory Mason, on behalf of the Director of City Development, requesting the transfer of 1644 S. Memorial Drive from the City of Racine to the Community Development Authority of the City of Racine (CDA) for the purpose of housing redevelopment. Recommendation of the Finance and Personnel Committee on 04-08-2024: That the property addressed as 1644 S. Memorial Drive be transferred to the CDA for the purpose of redevelopment. Further, that the appropriate City Staff be authorized to execute all necessary documents related to the transfer. Fiscal Note: Title transfer, recording, or any other applicable fees, estimated at approximately $30, will be paid by the CDA.
