Subject: Ordinance request sponsored by Alder Kelly Per the city attorney’s office they would like to update our city ordinance to align with the state to include the vape in this ordinance. In addition the PSL committee would like the new vape licenses to come to our committee for review, per Amber’s example like the tires and other examples she provided.
