Staff Recommendation to the Common Council on 03-04-25: That the Common Council find that the public interest requires that the portion of West Street between Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and the east property line of 1329 West Street be discontinued pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes section 66.1003 and that, pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes section 66.1003 a public hearing on the passage of a Resolution discontinuing the portion of West Street between Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and the east property line of 1329 West Street be held not less than 40 days after this date.
