Staff Recommendation to the Common Council on 03-04-25: That the Lincoln King Community Center and Clinic QALICB, Inc., be granted permission to install a roof overhang over the City right-of-way on West Street, between Dr. Martin Luther King Drive and the east property line of 1329 West Street, in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes section 66.0425, Privileges in Streets. Fiscal Note: There will be no cost to the City of Racine.
