Subject: Communication sponsored by Mayor Mason requesting to correct eligible activity names to align with HUD's regulatory naming convention and to reallocate funds from eligible activities towards the demolition of the former YMCA at 725 Lake Avenue. Staff Recommendation: That the CDBG Advisory Board approve the naming conventions and reallocating of funding as presented. Fiscal Note: There are sufficient funds available within the eligible activity funds to support the reallocation of funds for the demolition of the YMCA.
