Subject: This section was deferred at a Committee of the Whole meeting on August 8, 2024. Per Section 2-119 of the Code of Ordinances, I am requesting that the City Attorney draft any necessary ordinance amendments related to Section 2-117(f), and that the City Clerk then refer the drafted ordinance to the Public Safety & Licensing Committee to review and provide a recommendation to the Common Council.
