Subject: Requesting approval to admit the City of Cudahy as a regular member of the Milwaukee Area-Racine-Kenosha (MARK) Passenger Rail Commission. Recommendation: That the Commission approve the admission of the City of Cudahy as a regular member of the MARK Passenger Rail Commission in accordance with the Commission’s Bylaws and authorize the Secretary/Treasurer to provide the MARK Passenger Rail Commission Intergovernmental Agreement to the City of Cudahy for execution.
