Recommendation of the Finance and Personnel Committee on 02-26-2024: That the Assistant Director of City Development be granted permission to sell the property at 1205 Schiller Street to the adjacent property owners at 1201 Schiller Street, Panfila Victor and Jose Tellez and that the appropriate City Staff be authorized to execute all necessary documents related to the sale. Fiscal Note: The City will receive $4,000.00 in proceeds for the sale of the property.
