Recommendation of the Finance and Personnel Committee on 01-08-2024: That the receipt of property addressed as 1111 West Street (Parcel #02879000) from the County of Racine to the City of Racine, be approved and that the property be transferred to Habitat for Humanity for the purpose of redevelopment. Fiscal Note: Habitat for Humanity will reimburse the City for title transfer, recording, or any other applicable fees, estimated at approximately $30.
