3. <span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;">Discussion and possible recommendation to Common Council to award the Malone Park Diamond #6 Lighting Project to the most responsive and responsible bidder, Pieper Electric, Inc., for the Base Bid and Alternate 1 in the amount of $300,940.00, and to reject alternates 2, 3, and 4. The total project cost, including contingencies, is not to exceed $346,000.00 from account 04252900 61118 C2024.
