Discussion and possible recommendation to the Common Council to accept the Liability Proposal from Cities and Villages Mutual Insurance Company (“CVMIC”) at the increased self-insured/aggregate retention of $75,000/$300,000 and agree to continue its membership in CVMIC for policy years 2026-2028 based on the premium guarantee by CVMIC for said policy years
